There are a lot of interested people out there you just have to get the news to them. Many situations where a friend of a friend is looking for a new house happen everyday so if the information is out there you will get some interested parties. Just find a casual way to mention it to people and they will remember when they talk to someone else looking. It is as easy as that.

Online classifieds and networking are all easy ways of making people aware of your house being up for sale and having the sign on the front lawn is also a necessity. If you have the time to sell the house yourself these are great tolls to use in finding your buyer. But as I stated before if you are in a hurry to sell the house make sure to hire a professional.
